1. Eligibility

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.

3. How ChachaPays Works

Users can earn rewards by:

• Watching videos

• Visiting websites

• Participating in promotions or campaigns

• Referring others

Earnings may vary based on the activity type, location, and account plan.

4. Subscription & Free Plan

• The Free Plan is limited to 7 days and includes limited daily views or earning caps.

• Paid plans offer higher earning limits and extended access.

• All subscription payments are final unless otherwise specified.

5. Referral Program

• Users can earn bonuses by referring new users via their unique referral links.

• Bonuses are only credited if the referred user is active and follows the rules.

• Referral abuse (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in penalties or ban.

6. Payouts & Rewards

• Payouts are made via supported payment methods (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).

• Users must reach a minimum withdrawal threshold to request a payout.

• Payout processing may take 1–7 business days.

• ChachaPays is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, VPNs, or automated tools to complete tasks

• Manipulate clicks, views, or fake engagement

• Harass or impersonate others

• Post misleading content about ChachaPays

Violations may result in immediate suspension or forfeiture of earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features are owned by ChachaPays.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChachaPays provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or specific earnings.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to internet issues or outages

• Account suspension for rule violations

• Delays in payouts caused by third parties

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations

• Refuse service to any user at our discretion

• Modify or discontinue parts of the platform at any time

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Users will be notified via email or platform notices. Continued use of ChachaPays means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
